Usefulness depends on how you carry it
In my experience, my combs are either residing near my hair brush by my sink or they're mobile with me in a pocket or a toiletries travel bag. A back pants pocket is a popular carry option for me and this comb is too bulky for me to use it for that application. For a suit coat pocket or a sports coat inside pocket, I think this comb is fine because you're not as aware of the size and weight. It's ideal for a travel bag comb because the folding design protects and keeps the teeth clean. I think it's a good quality comb, recognizing the design has to try to be as light as possible while being sturdy enough to set it apart for its price point versus regular plastic pocket combs. I could see it being a worthwhile purchase or a good gift for someone who carries their comb mainly in a coat inside pocket or mainly in their travel kit. Otherwise I'll stick to using the cheap dollar store pocket combs for routine carry and I won't feel so bad if I lose one here or there.

At least my beard will be fresh for a week or two
Should have read the description, this comb weighs next to nothing. Feel kinda stupid paying $16 for a dollar store comb. Probably wont even waste my time returning it, at least ill have a fresh beard for a week or two
