Q: How do we obtain the connectors? Our package came without connectors and mallet.

I’d reach out to the company. The mallet and connectors were in my box when it arrived.

Q: How do I contact the seller directly I have an issue with this panels?

I never attempted to contact the manufacturer but Google is a great place to start! I just never had any trouble at all with the wire sides or the connectors. They worked really well and provided a sturdy storage site for kids stuff in their closer as well as in the linen closet.

Q: Can these be hung on a wall?

Yes you can hang them on a wall. You need the proper anchors and support for the bottom. And when anchoring make sure you hit a stud in each corner. I made a small frame, mounted that to the wall to carry all the weight and mounted the cubes to that. Worked great in my living room and I am putting on up in my bedroom as well.

Q: How well do these come apart and then put together again? I want to use them for a craft sales booth that I will relocate after use.

This is pretty easy to assemble and disassemble. It just comes with the wire square pieces and the white connectors. The metal square pieces are put together with the white circular connector. You have to snap the wire square piece into the circular connector. A mallet is provided to help you connect the pieces. It is lightweight and easy to move around. I have it sitting on my classroom counter against the wall and I put individual student crafts into these cubbies. I didn’t have much of a problem putting it together. It was pretty easy and straightforward.
