Plantar Fasciitis, Heel Socks, Arch Support and Foot Massager PedPal Kit for Women and Men

I have had plantar fasciitis for over a year now and have worn 3 different brands of compression socks, mainly due to them wearing out from wearing them everyday for over a year. The do work and give immediate comfort to the pain in my heal, but it never goes away completely. I take the socks off at night and each morning I can feel some pain in my heal, it has gotten better over the past year but hasn't completely gone away, and I was at the point where I figured I just might have to live it wearing compression socks for the rest of my life. I decided to try the arch support system because of the reviews I read and just wanting to try something different. I have flat feet so the arch support made sense to me and the first day I wore it I could definitely feel it, but in a good way, there was more pressure on my arch and it was a little sore but that didn't last long. I was on my feet all day that day and did quite a bit of walking, by the end of the day I didn't know I was wearing it. If I was on my feet all day and did that amount of walking while wearing just a compression sock, my heal would be hurting while still wearing the sock. The real test was taking it off at night and walking on it in the morning, and I did notice a favorable improvement, the pain seems to be subsiding and going way. I'm going to continue to wear it for a few weeks before attempting to go a day without it or without the compression sock even though it feels like I can do that today after wearing it for a week. Overall I'm very pleased with the results in such a short period of time.

It's difficult to give this product an overall rating, as there are three separate products in this kit. Let me start by saying that I do not suffer from Plantar Fasciitis. I have Plantar Fibromatosis ( a large growth in the arch of my foot). I purchased this kit primarily for the arch support cushions. I think these cushions are nice and would give them 5 stars. They seem to have a memory foam disc inside, that is very comfortable on my foot without the fibromatosis. Due to the lump in my arch on my foot with the fibromatosis, these cushions are a little much for wearing to work. However I give them 5 stars because they work very nicely for arch support, which is what I think they are intended for. They do flatten out after wearing for a couple days, however they spring right back into shape after washing. I washed them in a lingerie bag on gentle cycle in the washing machine.The ankle socks are really of no use to me. They provide almost no compression. I have compression sleeves form another company that DO provide compression, and compared to those, these really miss the mark. They are a little loose, and I wear a size 8.5 shoe. Also the cuffs (seams) on either end are rather thick to wear in ones shoes.The "gel" massager is a little strange. I have no idea why it is called, "gel" because there is nothing gel about it! It is made of a very hard, rigid plastic. This is misleading. The instructions say to run it under hot water for heat type pain relief, which I tried. The problem is before you can get it dried off to use it, it's already back to room temperature. .I also tried putting it in the freezer as the instructions said, but that did nothing for my pain. However just using it at room temperature on the floor as a foot massager, does help to alleviate my pain. Although this can be somewhat awkward. Obviously this can't be used on hard floors. Even on carpet, it's a little awkward. I found the best way is to put it on my rubber kitchen floor matt. This way it doesn't slip when you rub your foot over it. It does provide a very nice deep tissue massage. Overall I feel this is not a bad kit for the price, however it could be improved upon. I think better details when viewing the product on Amazon would help greatly. Also better instructions in the box would be nice.

I suffer from plantar fascitis, and this product just doesn't help it at all. It's not a bad product at all. The pads fit fine and offer a little bit of support, the socks are very comfortable too, and the the little massage thingy is actually really, really awesome, but this does absolutely nothing for the pain I suffer from. Like I said, it's not a bad product, it just doesn't help me at all.**UPDATE 8/27/16** I continued to wear these, hoping that it might give me some relief at some point. Now, the pad that goes under your arch is completely flat - there is absolutely no padding or support whatsoever anymore. So for me this was a complete waste of money.

I purchased this hoping it would help with the pain and avoid getting another cortisone shot. I received all items listed. The massager is great. It feels wonderful and looks like it will last for years. The socks fit my wide duck feet quite well, but I am not sure exactly when to wear them. The foot pad itself is nicely made, but my foot may be too far gone for it to cure my problem. I have only had it a week or so, and am wearing it everyday, and I have to say, my pain level has decreased somewhat. More time will tell. As far as value, I feel this product is very much worth the cost and I am satisfied with the quality.

I've used this product for a few weeks and here's what I think. The compression socks, in my case, served no purpose. The plastic foot massager was OK but I'd have preferred if it were round instead of oblong. My favorite items, though, were the arch support pads. They're easy to wear, do the job and can't be seen when I wear my running shoes. These alone were worth the price.

Nothing in it suffered any damage.This is the best solution for my right foot that I have ever found!I have a severe problem with the ball of my foot and have lost one toe due to injury. Most solutions have you pad the ball if the foot with a padding to protect the area. But they often slide around in your shoe and cause more trouble. This arch support has relieved that condition completely and now the ball of my foot is much more comfortable.Thank you so much to those who designed this solution. I purchased this item for both my husband and myself. Within the first day after ordering this item, I had received an email from DR JK's customer service team to inform me that if I had any issues with the product to contact them. "please let me know immediately and rest assured that we offer a 100% money back guarantee to unsatisfied customer" were the words in their email. Remember those words.I had read the instructions that were contained in the box that the item arrived in. The instructions stated that one should not use this item without contacting their physician first. Fortunately, my physician had already told me that it would be okay to try this type of product. Within ten minutes of having the item on my foot, my foot had begun to swell. I immediately removed the product and sent an email to DR JK to inform them that the product was useless to me and that they should have offered various sizes for the product. Not everyone has a narrow foot. I happen to have a wide foot.The following was their response: "We are really sorry this product didn't work out for you. I then contact Amazon.ca and inform them of the situation and that there is no refund available according to my order information from DR JK even though DR JK had claimed that there was in their first email to me. Amazon.ca gave me a full refund for the product. I am so grateful that Amazon.ca is a company that believes in customer satisfaction.After contacting Amazon.ca, I send another email to DR JK informing them that Amazon.ca had given me a full refund and that I was extremely disappointed in their company and would never purchase from them again.One would think that would be the end of it all. No, not for DR JK. I then receive a response from them informing me that:'We are really sorry about the inconvenience. We our committed to our satisfaction money back guarantee. We issue a full refund for all customers who believe the product doesn't work for them. This is something happens for all unsatisfied customers and we don't even ask them to return their product.I can see your message was forwarded to our financial department who have the access to issue refund for orders and it usually happens in less than 24 hours. Also I see some miscommunication and I believe the message was not clear enough for you to know you will receive a refund.If you believe any other product from our storefront can work for you please send us the link and we will send it to you as a gift from DR JK."There was no miscommunication on my end and "No thank you Dr. JK. I am writing all of this out because I feel that people need to know that DR JK is a customer service nightmare. About ten minutes after receiving that email, I had received another one from DR JK but another department of Customer Service!Purchase this product if you have a narrow foot and you are willing to deal with a customer service headaches. I urge any purchaser of this product to contact Amazon regarding any issues. At least Amazon does not give its customers a run around.Always remember the Caveat emptor: "Let the buyer beware"

I didnt really understand what the little massager was or how it was used. The compressions socks were very nice and tight fitting which eased pain. The main product, the pad for under your feet, works very well. If I could improve it I would just make the pad 50% thicker to give more of that "arch" that I normally dont get as Im flat footed.
