At 70 years old, I found difficulty remembering things. I have been using this supplement for over 3 months. Doing my monthly bills, I would have to write down on paper payments I made online before switching to spreadsheet screen to record the payment. I find now I am able to remember numbers with out having to write them down. Names are coming faster. Small improvements but definitely short term memory improving.
