This is a good company that makes pure supplements, and this one has just enough of the calcium and magnesium that I need.

I take many vitamins and all sorts of kinds from expensive to average and I must say I felt an instant change the very next day after taking these. I could close my fist tighter and woke up with less joint pain the very next morning!

This vitamin has a warning on the label that it does NOT pass Prop 65 which means this product has been exposed to dangerous toxic and possible cancer causing chemical....No where is it mentioned in the description and when the vitamins arrived there was a sticker covering up the warning label. unfortunately it cannot be returned because it was not sent by the original manufacturer. Throw away, wast of money
