Medium for sure, I like my shirts loose & I have broad shoulder so I always get Large. Don't dry the shirt in the dryer or it will shrink. I hope this helpful.

They don’t run big, the large fits me perfectly and I’m 5’9, 195.

Generally, SM runs 34-36 inches around the chest (front and back), MD can be about 38-40 inches, LG runs 42-44 inches, XL runs 46-48 inches, and 2x is about 50-52 inches. Items come from many suppliers, and sizing is approximate. Sorry I cannot be more specific.
