Easy to use works from quite a distance

Appears totally genuine, and of course does exactly what it is meant to do. There was a slight issue that the instructions were in many languages, none of them English, but there are plenty to download on the web. Even with those and YouTube, I found it very difficult to program this remote to open my garage door until I had worked it out for myself. Here are the instructions I have written for future reference.To program a new remote control to open and close the existing door, each of the four buttons on it must separately ‘learn’ the code from any working button of an existing, working, remote control. To do this:1. Switch off the garage door power on the garage wall near the fuse box, if you do not wish the ‘lesson’ to open and close the door.2. Hold the two remote controls close together.3. Press and hold a working button on the ‘teacher’ control.4. Wait until the blue light on the ‘teacher’ control flashes red and blue in turn.5. Then also press and hold the button being programmed on the ‘student’ control.6. Wait while the ‘student’ flashes about 6-7 times, and then flashes about 4 times more rapidly, to indicate it has learned the code.7. Release the buttons on both remote controls.8. Switch the garage door power back on again and test both remote controls. The door can be stopped part way to save time.9. If desired, repeat for the other three buttons on the ‘student’ remote control.

Scam - doesn’t work and not responding when asked for refund

I ordered two of these and they arrived well before quoted date. Very swift service. Excellent. However, the only drawback was there were no English instructions in either box. Hence only 4 stars, considering they were posted to England, you would have thought the sender would have picked up on this short fall.Had a little difficulty programming at first until you realise the transmitting unit must be in the right hand and the receiving unit (learning unit) in your left hand. After a couple of goes managed to program both new units.Please think where the product is going to and include their language instructions.

Good quality casing with opportunity to attach to a key ring...easy set up to use with pairing with master fob and responsive to touch.

Arrived next day, great service and works as expected.
