It’s a good little train for the cost has steam and sound effects it’s a little cheap but the fact that it comes with a rechargeable battery is a plus. It looks good under the tree for now and the battery does need a long charge unfortunately but work for a couple hours also has a silent mode in case you don’t want the coins effects.

I saw this train set on Amazon while searching for a birthday gift for my 6 year old grandson. I had good reviews and has a fairly large track, so I gave it a try. The track can be made into a circle, or an oval over 70 inches wide. It is powered by a single rechargeable battery Like AA). It only came with one. This seems to me to be the weakest part of the entire arrangement, but the first charge I gave it allowed the train to run for over an hour. It has an adapter that connects to any USB outlet, and has a red light that goes out when the battery is fully charged. You can put water for the smoke featute into the gold plug on top of the engine, beside the smoke stack, but it seems to take a while for water to work its way into the engine before it initially began to "smoke". Tip: I would use distilled water for this, (just as you would in a steam iron). When you switch on the engine, it has one click that allows the sound of the engine/bell to be heard. If you get tired of this audio, there is a further click to run in silent mode. When turned on, the train has a short delay before it moves. I like this, as it gives the child time to let go of the engine before it starts moving. Show your child how to connect the cars together , so they do not break the car connectors. You have to come in at a slight angle to do it. It comes with 3 cars, two large and one smaller one. I think any child of a good age (5 or above) will enjoy this train set.

Me gusta que salga el vapor, el sonido real y el aumento de velocidad. No me gusta que las figuras no se detienen. No encajan. Y la locomotora se atora en las curvas.
