Cant beat the price
This fit and works great on my 2008 Honda Shadow Areo. Had to trim plug boot to fit but that was only alteration.Dealer price was 43.00.HUGE SAVINGS.

Bike will run colder
This thermostat will be 10-15 degrees cooler than stock temperature. In reality, your temperature will never make up to even half way through the gauge, and your fan will stay on longer when you shut the bike off.
