Serves the purpose! Reasonable price.
Got the color camel. It’s a good neutral; and it’s not too light to show dirt, and it’s not too dark to show dog hair. I probably should have ordered a larger size, but these work well enough. The non-skid bottom is similar to a bath rug. The hardwood stairs weren’t really a problem for us, but for our dog who is in her senior years. She would slip a lot on the hardwood making her hip problems worse. So all in all, a good product. If you’re looking for something super high end or designer you may want to pass on these. But if you have kids and/or pets, you will definitely appreciate the function of these. I have 18 steps so I had to order 3 packs of 7, which is fine. I’m glad to have a few extra to replace ones in the future as they wear.

Perfect for Great Dane!
These stair treads saved my back! When we got our 8 week old Great Dane puppy, he was terrified of the stairs. He sleeps in the bedroom with us upstairs, so I would have to carry him up and down the stairs every time he needed to go to the bathroom. He was already 21 pounds at 8 weeks, so I knew I couldn't keep doing that for long. I bought these and as I placed them on the stairs he immediately began climbing up. Climbing down took a little bit of coaxing, but five minutes of training with treats and he was an expert! I was surprised to see how well they stay put without any adhesive. These are definitely a worthwhile investment for dogs!

Fuzzies
Just got these today & I'm giving 4 stars due to the fuzzies only. All the seams are intact, the rubber backing looks good, they are the right size & sshade of grey. The only thing is the fuzzies. They were on almost every one & the 1st & last rug had small creases (no big deal - I'm sure it's the packaging). These were the best price for the amount you get so I'm OK with it. I put them on my steps but they need to be shaken out. There's no holes or anything so the fuzzies could just be from manufacturing. Time (and washing) will tell how they hold up. But even if I have to replace them once a year you can't beat the price!

Worked out perfect for us and the dog.
I have a 14 year old dog who has hip problems and he was slipping going up and down the wood steps that lead to our sunken living room. I originally purchased a couple of rubberized type door mats from the home improvement store, but he refused to walk on them. My husband and I also didn't like walking on them because they hurt our feet. After reading several reviews from different types of stair rugs, we decided on this set because the color would match our floors, they were soft and they wouldn't slip around.I have had them a couple of weeks and we all love them including the dog. They provide great cushion and they don't slip around. They will get a bit dislodged but they have never slipped when I was walking on them. The best description is stair shaped bath mats. We originally got them for the dog, but we are really enjoying the cushion they provide on bare feet. I wouldn't say they are decorative, but I wanted something that would blend in, not stand out. If you have dogs or kids slipping on your stairs, give these a try before buying an expensive set.

I did find that while they washed fine, I ended up with little while rubber balls ...
Although these stay ON each step, they don't stay in place. So know that if you want them to look orderly, you will be picking them up and re-setting them on a daily basis! Still, they do protect my wood and my carpeted stairs, which is my goal.Another note: I did find that while they washed fine, I ended up with little while rubber balls all over them and in my dryer (I did use my low-dry setting). Had to vacuum the rubber bits off, and decided that next time, I'll JUST vacuum them. I'm still getting white balls on things I put in my dryer! I guess it's off the backing.

Looks cheap against nice floors
I looked and looked for slip-proof stair rugs before cautiously deciding to buy these. I just had my stairs re-done in dark wood and they look really chic. Unfortunately, these just don’t look good next to a beautiful new floor. It’s not that they aren’t well-made, the sewing is fine, the rubber backing is fine, it’s that the carpet itself looks flimsy and inexpensive. Not nearly as nice as the floor mats of my car, for example. It has a nylon-type sheen to it and if the pile isn’t brushed uniformly the right direction, that sheen shows horizontal lines running across it every 1/4 inch. Plus the sheen sort of gives the feeling of a bathroom somehow, or an indoor/outdoor room. The pile itself is really thin. The least pressure on it makes an indentation. Think warehouse apartment carpet. The color is not taupe or beige but butterscotch. If you have an upscale home, It probably won’t pass muster.

Bathroom rug quality but served purpose of helping pets on steps
The price reflects the quality. The best way to describe them is a step shaped bathroom material rug. They don't slide around a lot but do move slightly over each step by the end of the day. They served a purpose of making it easier for my dog to go up and down the stairs. They are easy to shake clean.

They do the trick
These are great. Last summer I moved into an apartment accessed by interior wooden (uncarpeted) stairs. My shih tzu navigated up and down easily, but my chihuahua struggled going down. She sometimes misstepped and tumbled, and became fearful of even trying. I purchased three sets of these - enough to cover everything below the landing (15 steps) - and they enable her to navigate up and down easily. Now she’s starting to struggle with the initial descent to the landing - 5 additional steps. The price is right, and these are tried and true, so I’m ordering one more set! These have a rubbery backing (like a bathmat) and stay in place very well. Because they do come up easily when you want them to, they are easy to clean or vacuum. I’m a fan.

Does not slide on the stairs - Do not wash
Bought these for use on the stairs as my pup was falling down the hardwood as he had no grip. They are a nice thickness and stay in place. Update I washed these today... now they are more like Velcro they stick to everything. socks, pants, t-shirts.

Great help for dogs!
Good value for my money. I do wish the underside was more non-slip though as they move around as my pups jump up the stairs (they’re on laminate steps). But I love that my dogs aren’t scared to slip going up and down the steps now. Now more crying for me to come get them!

Looks nice but very thin
They are easy to install but you’ll need carpet tape to keep them from slipping and moving around.Warning! Once you tape it down don’t expect to move them without damaging it. I stuck it down with a small piece of tape and because the material is so thin it ripped. Amazon was great about offering a refund or to replace it

Great Value For Price
They look really good but do move around on the step. We constantly have to readjust them. They are easy to machine wash though which is a huge plus! We mostly purchased these to make our hardwood stairs less slippery for our dog with mobility issues so they are great for what we got them for!We had purchased pricier ones for another set of stairs and those really don’t move around on the step, however are very hard to wash and you can’t just pop them in the washing machine if your dog pees on them (learned that the hard way)! So I guess it depends on what you’re looking for.

very comfortable on the stairs
they stay where you put them, a little piece of double-sided tape works great
