Even though this phone was very inexpensive it works just as well as And expensive model. The sound is very clear it hooked up immediately it's very light weight I could be hung up on the wall or on the desk like I have it. It has larger numbers for seniors like me and the sound is fine. It does plug-in so there's no battery.And Did I mention it's very inexpensive

This phone is very nice with the large buttons and the light up caller id. The only thing I dislike is yes it showsthe phone number that is calling however it does not give the name of the person or company that is calling.

It meets my minimal needs for an emergency phone when we have no cell service, but not much more. As others have said the instructions about how to set the option (like ring volume) are difficult to follow. But with patience we got it done.

Phone came out directions, but you’re missing in the package. Tried to contact the manufacturer with no luck.

This phone does what it's supposed to. The sound is great, the buttons are large, and easy to use and it is inexpensive. I did return the phone only because it did not meet the my needs. I needed a phone with a talking ID and memory storage for contact numbers for my wife who is visually impaired.

A piece of CRAP!!!!! The descriptions says that it DOESN'T take batteries - but it does! Caller ID displays only the phone numbers of those who call - and not their names. There's no directory where you can store selected phone numbers of those who you call frequently. Most importantly, just having this connected to my phone lines causes issues with all all my phones (stops ringing after one ring or doesn't ring at all when calls are coming in and sometime will ring when in the middle of a phone conversation). I'd give it NO stars, but it requires that I give a 1-star minimum.

I bought this for my mom who is in assisted living. I haven’t been able to see it in person but she loves the look of it and from our conversation we can hear each other. She is happy. So I am happy.

That it works good when there's no electricity.
