I have carpal tunnel and arthritis in my hands. I recently realized my grip strength has lessened - a lot. I was looking for a pair of hand grips to help me regain my grip. So many sellers offered only 1 hand grip at high prices. Then I found these grips by MegaMetz. They're amazing! First of all i received 2 at a great price ($11.99 at time of my purchase). Secondly, they're adjustable - which is fantastic! They're so easy to adjust. Third, you can use them either right side up or upside down. This turned out to be a great option for me as I learned when trying them out. I learned that it's more comfortable for me to use them right side up for my right hand and upside down for my left hand. Last, and not least - they come with a lifetime warranty! When you register for the warranty you even get a free ebook with weight lifting instructions. I honestly cannot find anything negative about these hand grips. I highly recommended them to people with hand problems like myself or anyone who wants to improve the hand/wrist strength..

Great product, but if my hand was any larger, my little finger would get no exercise. The handles could be a little bit larger. The adjustable feature is perfect! I can use both hand grips at different levels of resistance.

It was good but once I moved up to 88 pounds and did a few reps, it just snapped. The other one isn't at 88 lb's and its okay but the one that was at 88lbs is snapped.

General impression is, It's ok.Hopfully this will give you a better idea of where this review is coming from. I'm 5'10'' 165lbs, I'm not a big guy, I don't go to the gym, mostly get my exercise through recreational sports. I don't have big arms and if you were to put your thumb and middle finger around my wrist, they would touch.I was surprised how easy it was to squeeze when I had it set to its hardest difficulty (88lbs). I've used other products before that I believe are more accurate. When it was set to the hardest difficulty (88lbs) it really felt closer to about 30lbs.You can still get a good workout if you do a lot of reps/sets. I usually do this on my commute to work. By time I get to work I can feel it, but I'm not struggling.Pros:Great PriceLike the warranty (I've broken these in the past)They are quieter than any I've used in the pastCons:Claims I believe are false (Lbs per squeeze)Finger grips start to hurt my fingers even after a couple months of using it. This is a wonderful set of hand grip strengtheners. I love the fact that you can adjust the tension on these to achieve your desired hand workout. I use them multiple times per day while sitting at my desk. They are small, but they do pack a lot of resistance. I have no complaints about these strengtheners. My only regret is not finding them sooner. Awesome product. Extremely easy to use. I have noticed results in increased hand strength in just the first week.

WHAT I LIKE: I'd give it a 1 star except:#1 the adjustable tensioner is a nice featureWHAT I DON'T LIKE:#1 The caps that fit over each tensioner falls out as you're using the devicesI sometimes hear it and pick it up or family members spot it on the floor#2 The handle length is definitely not long enough for large hands. My last digit cannot even remotely fit the grip beyond catching the bottom corner. Very awkard and that finger gets no benefit whatsoever.Going to return and search for something else.
