The box was opened and the product looked like it was used and it was dirty.

While it spins relatively smoothly, the product description clearly states the needle is included. It didn't come with a needle and I'm a touch irritated by that oversight. Yes, I checked the shipping bag and under the flaps of the box in case it worked its way around and it's simply not there. As I'll be near a craft store tomorrow I'll see if they have appropriate needles and if not I'll have to orchestrate an exchange. I loathe having to ship things and anytime I have to go to the opposite side of town to ship a return item, at best it's a nuisance.

Super easy to use once you get the hang of it and way faster than trying to get the beads on string or anything by hand. The needles are a little bit flimsy and you will go through a fair amount of them if you were using it a lot maybe my technique is what the problem is with that but it works so much faster so if you got a lot of beads to put on strings this is the way to go for sure it’s held up excellent I’ve had no mechanical or manufacturing issues at all it still spins just as well as it did in the first day solid product I recommended completely without hesitation😁

After looking at all my options for a bead spinner on Amazon I went with this one.Over all its an amazing product. I'm still figuring out how to exactly hold the rounded needle while the bowl is spinning and not get a waterfall of beads flying out. It's a quick learning curve and SUCH A TIME SAVE!!!
