I have a Lexmark X6675 printer and these are the recommended cartridges. They came USPS, professionally packaged in anti-static bags and protective kapton tape over the electronics. They install as recommended by the manufacturer but also come with a short tutorial. Also included is a cute eraser for cleaning the electronics. Mine was unnecessary.I installed as directed, did an "alignment" then a test page and they worked just like the OEM. No problems whatsoever.I gave 4 stars only because any print cartridge, part of the review should be longevity and I only recently installed them.

Color did not work, Im getting an error to replace cartridge after I installed it. Seller will not respond back to me about a replacement.

Installing the black cartridge and my hand is covered with black ink. Looks like the cartridge is not going to last very long with the leak.

Not worth your money. Bought these twice and disappointed twice. Barely print five copies before it starts to fade. Right after my return window closed. The black and white cartridge caused an error on my printer and I had to remove it.

After many great cartridges, finally got a defective Lexmark 36XL. Contacted QINK and they immediately sent a replacement that worked great!

I was able to print hundreds of pictures so very happy

product arrived as described, sooner than promised, and works perfectly in my printer for less than 40% of what I was paying at Wal MArt for the brand name cartridges. I wish I had discovered these guys a long time ago. I will certainly purchase again!

finally got around to opening the package and using and the color is missing the red portion!!pretty useless with out red.
