It works
Unit works great, no problems with vendor...It would be great if I could just get my Palm M500 to play well with windows, I tried using winXP as well as win7 32 and 64 bit..No luck, BUT that does not reflect on this item nor the vendor!

Slower, But Cheaper
I bought this cradle because I have to leave the USB cradle that came with my Palm M515 at the office. I chose a serial cradle for two reasons: all of my USB ports are filled at home and this cradle was significantly cheaper than a USB model.I find that the cradle is quite a bit slower. This would be a problem if I did as many Hotsync operations at home as I do at the office. Since I only sync at home to updat my AvantGo data and to re-charge my Palm,this cradle works fine.If you need a cradle for a situation similar to mine, don't waste your money on the more expensive USB model unless you're really impatient.

But it sure looked good sitting on the desk
It was of no use the receiving prongs on the unit would not stop the unit from falling off. So if I could crush the unit it might work with theproblem being no contact with electricity. But it sure looked good sitting on the desk.Please sir if you are not going to exchange the think do not continue to indicate you have any interest in the problem.ThanksB.L. Jpnes

So I plugged it in and put my Tungsten T-3 into it and ....
and my Tungsten froze up. I knew the cradle looked smaller than my old one I use downstairs to hotsync to my Laptop. When I went down and tried my existing cradle? It works fine. -sigh-So despite the fact it us supposed to work with Tungsten T3? fuggetaboutit.Too much of a hassle to ship it back so looks like I'm SOL.jccampb

Works, But why are you buying a Palm?
This product works, But PALM is no longer a company.Sometimes the palm doesn't fit quite right.There are no drivers for Windows 7/8 for the USB sync cable.Honestly, if you need a PDA I would recommend buying a cheap smart phone.

charge your Palm Tungsten T3
seems to work well enough to charge a Palm Tungsten T3. Because my company uses specialized software for this particular Palm, finding accessories like these is becoming harder to find. I can't remember if it comes with all the cords. I have a box of "Palm stuff" that I add and take from infrequently.
