Avoid this Seller. Very Dishonest

After delivery, the headset came on, but refused to connect. As a matter of fact, none of my devices were able to see it (Bluetooth).Initiated return and 24hrs later, an Amazon agent picked up item.The seller claimed he did not receive the item until 5days after pickup,This showed how dishonest the seller was.5days after, the seller bow sends me an email to say they received it and their technical person confirmed it is okay, that I probably did not switch on the headset to pair.How insolent....What an excuse they gave trying to cover themselves for delivering a defective product to me.What a shame. I wish I could give them 0 Star
