I used this product in soup letting it cook far beyond the instructions. Interesting texture and taste. I bought two packages and, one day, I’ll buy more. The wine is available through BevMo.

Really enjoy using this pasta in a cold salad. May seem pricy but well worth it. Arrived at my doorstep quickly!

I saw this ingredient on some cooking show, probably Chopped. Bought some to try and wow can’t find enough ways to use it. I’d recommend this supplier for it too.

perfect from beginning to end

Tried after watching a cooking show that described this lesser known (to me) pasta. I really enjoyed the flavor and substantial texture of the Fregola... toasted taste and good chew. Worth trying!

Heartier than pearl couscous. Goes really well with grilled salmon w/ tomato/roasted pepper sauce.
