I am a tea lover and this is the best sugar I have found. It dissolves quickly and tastes great. I feel like the beet sugar is a better alternative to cane sugar or even sugar substitutes especially since this is vegan and is non-gmo. It comes in a 16 oz or 32 oz resealable bag making it a great value for the money.

I just started using this over the past couple of days and just love it. I put it in my cup and let it sit while the Keurig does its thing and tends to dissolve rather quickly. I just give it a stir or two to help it finish up dissolving. It's easy to use too much at first if you're not careful. It really doesn't seem to take much to give you a nice, sweet cup of tea. It works really well. It ranges in color from very light to dark brown. I'm not sure what normal should be, but there's no off-putting flavor at all, just sweetness. I feel it's a great value for the money. I feel this one bag will make a whole lot of sweet tea. I'm quite pleased with my experience so far.

This sugar is the perfect companion for a nice cup of tea in the morning! Dissolves very quickly and taste wonderful.

Tea lover here. I love that this sweetener offers the perfect level of sweetness to my tea without changing the character of the flavor. I drink a lot of loose herbal teas. This rock style sweetener dissolves quickly. I tend to put my teas with this sweetener in my loose tea infuser and submerge it all together. The rock sugar is always completely dissolved in the amount of time that my tea is steeped which is usually only a couple minutes.I appreciate the cost of buying this rock sugar in bulk. It is much more cost effective than buying it in small amounts. I will continue to purchase this product for the foreseeable future.

A pretty and sweet addition to my tea!

The rocks are different colors of red to tan. Different sizes. It is very good in quality teas. I have not tried it in any other drinks or deserts as of yet. I am planning on trying this in a cream brûlée. Will update if it doesn’t work well. The taste is very good!

I bought this a couple of years ago at the advice of a dear friend raised in Ireland. We both adore Irish breakfast tea (Barry's) and like a little sweetener in it. It is the perfect sweetener for hot tea, and a half teaspoon is plenty for me. I put it in the bottom of an 18 oz mug - along with 2 Barry's tea bags - and pour the hot water in. After a 5-minute steep, the crystals are melted, I add about an ounce of milk, and all is right with the world.

I bought these out of plain old curiousity, after reading reviews.. This is just a solid form of sugar, with a slight taste of molasses.. makes my tea taste even better than plain white sugar. Tea must be boiling hot in order to melt the sugar. Definitely won't spend the money on them again, I'll just stick with regular sugar since these don't really change the taste THAT dramatically. Sweet is sweet. Sugar is sugar.
