I do a lot of video calls and record a lot of videos for my job. Before with my mike everybody in the house had to be quiet because my previous mike picked up everylittle noise all over the house.This head set records my voice with excellent quality and background noise is almost all eliminated. The quality of the recording is that of a really expensive mic which I have used and I prefer this headset to my expensive mic. The cord is extra long with a coil on one end to extend it even further.It has a switch on it to Mute and the volume control is a great feature.For the price this headset is an excellent buy.

These headphones with a boom mic are lightweight and have excellent sound quality.For listening, they have excellent sound. For singing or talking, the sound is also excellent. I am a classically trained singer and have had difficulty finding a set of headphones which can handle my high notes when I'm singing online. These headphones do an excellent job handling my voice at all ranges.Noise cancellation is not important to me. I like to be able to hear what's going on in my household while I'm working.Since the headphones themselves are quite small, they are not great at noise cancellation, but they suit me perfectly. I highly recommend them!

This is a really great headset! The headband feels sturdy and adjusts easily, even for those with large heads (like myself). It really is comfortable to wear all day, and the cord and mic work very well. I work at home for three different call center jobs and take hundreds of calls per day, so if the sound quality is bad, the customers are quick to inform me, for sure. However, the mic or headphones are not quite what I would call noise canceling; however, I really wouldn't expect them to be at such a bargain price, but trust I have much worse at much higher prices. Now, let us get to the best..oh, the wonderful volume and mute control. This was a wonderful surprise; I didn't realize how much I needed a mute button until I was given one. I mean, yeah, I know I needed one. Did you read the part where I said I take hundreds of calls per day, but this allows me to mute myself from the customer, but the customer from me in one quick button...HEAVEN! Second, a really nice feature is the ability to use the USB or jack because if you're like me, the constant toll of in and out of the USB ports is very wearing, and it is nice to have a different option.

These were great for about a year and a half. Sound is clear, easy to set up and use. About 1.5 years in- the connection got spotty. First the sound and microphone it would come and go, then they simply stopped working. No visible issues- I assume a problem with USB cord.

Feb 2023: Top notch customer service. Based on my initial review in Nov 22, the company reached out, worked with me on problem solving, and eventually replaced the headset at no charge. They were friendly and responsive. The headsets work great. As stated earlier, not noise canceling, but perfect for home office work so I can hear and be heard on all of my zoom calls.Nov 2022: These are classic "get what you pay for." I was very happy with them despite lack of real noise cancellation but I didn't pay much so they were fine. I'm having some issues lately with my calls not being able to hear me and/or I can't hear them. One call is fine, the next they don't work. Not a big investment and, for the money, I got a decent product that usually works.

I kid you not. I do many skype and google meet calls and I directly asked people on which device they could hear me better. So you can pay 100s of dollars for comfort, but you sacrifice your mic clarity. I've tried gamer headphones too... these are the best for mic quality apparently. And they are so cheap and surprisingly durable. I've had them for about a year and a half now. My only complaint is I wish they made them wireless or USB-C capable. They are not noise cancelling for the wearer but they are not advertised as such anyways.

So I only used the headset with my iPad, using a Lightning adapter on the 3.5mm plug. I tested the mic off/mute buttons on the USB adapter and they worked fine, but ultimately I wasn't using the headset with my PC.The sound quality in the headphones is terrific, especially for the price. Great for video conferencing or listening to music/watching movies. Good noise cancellation, though I prefer being able to hear my surroundings (chaotic home environment sometimes, lol).The microphone is really impressive! I'm not a professional or an audiophile, but this is easily the highest quality mic I've ever owned. My voice came through crisp and clear, and I was in a room with a loud fan. I couldn't hear the fan in the background at all when I played back my test recordings. So nice!I do not use the volume controls on the USB adapter, but I prefer to adjust the device volume anyway, so that's not an issue for me.I'm not a big gamer and I don't work from home (except intermittently), but this device is perfect for my needs (music, video appointments)! If I had one tiny complaint, it would be that the cord isn't particularly long. This isn't a problem for me, but if you're used to bluetooth headsets, this may take some getting used to.All in all, well worth the money!

The product was good at first i brought two pair the first thing that goes out plugging into jack on my laptop that goes out first than the usb customers cant hear me , so i try the other pair all within 4 months time now the other pair my customers say they hear static noise this is where i make my money, Get what you pay for still should OF BEEN FREE , I lost money behind this product so that means only lasted 2 monts a piece sad really sad.
