I bought three of these storage bins. All three arrived in good condition with no damage in shipping. The containers are very sturdy. The lid hinge is a little weak as are the latches, but I am still very satisfied with my purchase.

These boxes never fail to deliver. They’re by far the best way to manage lots of small parts.In the racks (available separately) they take up much less space than any tackle box/tool box style organizer and they last forever.They’re also cheaper than the plastic boxes and offer far more real space. Highly recommended for the home shop or the factory floor.

I love this box. It stays in my truck all of the time. It’s like having a tiny organized hardware store right in my tool box. The first thing I did when my box arrived was to stock it with bolts, nuts, screws, fuses, and electrical connectors. After getting it loaded with my most used hardware. It’s saved me numerous trips to the hardware store which is miles away. Yea I had the plastic containers before but they would inevitably break then I’d have expensive tiny components all over the place getting destroyed. This box is steel and pretty darn durable. I expect it to last years saving me a lot of money and time replacing items I used to have in plastic containers. IMO the box is worth every penny that it’s sold for.

Very nicely made by people that care. Even the finish is flawless.

I bought four of these and a four-drawer cabinet to serve as a light duty non-portable toolbox with the inserts removed. (For some reason these drawers are at the present time significantly cheaper with inserts than without.) Two of the four drawers arrived defective, one with the latching-hasp missing and the other badly bent on the outside (handle-side) edge, so that it was very difficult to close the lid. (This clearly was a factory defect, not shipping-related.) I returned the two defective drawers, and of the two I got back once again half of them were defective. The outer edge of one was bent again, though not nearly as badly as the first. (This may've happened either at the factory or during shipping; I can't tell.) The second drawer was almost defective as well-- the hasp was dangling by one side, and had I not noticed immediately it probably would've fallen onto the floor and I'd have thought it missing from the getgo. This time I decided to just live with the bent edge rather than go through the return-hassle again. It's bad, but not terribly so. Someday when I have a little time to kill I'll try to fix it.This cabinet-and-drawer system looks and feels and even smells like a really good product from a bygone American-made era, and I mean that in the best possible way. It seems perfectly suitable for light tools as well as the hardware for which it's really designed. However, they _really_ need to crack down on quality control.

Perfectly boxed and undamaged. Fits in the slide cabinet like it should. Looks like they will last longer than me

It’s the same box as Kent or Auveco just not brown or green and less money!!! I’ll paint then if the color becomes a problem!!

This item arrived in great shape. I was a little leary at first since I read a bunch of reviews where people had received items that were dented up but I did not experience that. The size is a little bigger than I expected - which isn't a bad thing. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase.
