Its the size i was looking for for those short runs/walks. I wear during softball games as well. Wear at least 3 times a week and wash in the shower when I jump in.

You will perspire
Works great. The one thing I found out that I really like, is when I'm riding my bicycle with these on I feel cool but still perspire a lot. When walking the make a little noise but nothing like the old silver ones.
