I’ve been using these for years. They really stay warm a long time and are so soothing and comforting. I do heat them longer than recommended but be careful! They can burn. Smell like burnt popcorn. But you can find the sweet spot with some practice.The best on cold feet in the winter or for that time of the month warmth.

It’s wonderful for any muscle pain and doesn’t burn the skin

This is the second set I ordered. After an injury, I slept in a recliner for 12 weeks. These held my head and neck stable, preventing stiffness. They are also wonderful warm compresses for sore muscles around neck, shoulders and rotator cuff areas.

Great Product. Do not microwave over 2.5 minutes. They will burn and smell. Other than that they are great.

Great value. Wonderful to have in the winter. Pleasant buckwheat smell. The last one I purchased, lasted 2 years of heavy use, before a hole formed.
