So far with two kids, I have had a cheap Infantino carrier, a basic model of Baby Bjorn, Onya Baby, Boba wrap, and this one. Honestly, out of all of them, based on quality/price ratio, I would probably pick this one. Why? Well, Infantino one (~30$ one) lacks structure and tends to be hot. My son was screaming in it, so I sold it. Baby Bjorn was ok but worked better for a younger baby, my son was not tiny at all so we grew out of it very quickly. Onya baby was the priciest one, but the material got worn out very quickly, also I did not see any special features in it, which would make it different from Infantino. Boba wrap is ok, but I didn't feel comfortable seeing my baby curling up like a ball.Finally, I got to try this carrier and so far I like it the best. It has structure, so the baby is not curled up. Not too hot, pretty easy to put on and off. The price point is ok for the quality.Overall, I think this carrier is pretty good and I will keep using it with my baby daughter.

Overall, this carrier is well constructed with good stitching and strong material. The shoulder and waist straps are adjustable for parents of different heights/sizes and their is plenty of padding on the straps to make it comfortable. The carrier portion for your baby has extra padding around the leg openings so it doesn’t put too much pressure on their little legs and cut off circulation.There’s also a removable head rest for when the baby faces inward to give them additional support. The exterior material is a little stiff, but that’s not a bad thing because it helps the carrier hold its shape. I also appreciate that it’s designed to support infants to toddlers so it will continue to be usable as your child grows and you won’t need to buy a second carrier.

I wanted a carrier that I could wear my baby on my back with for days he's clingy so I can wear him while doing dishes or other chores or while hiking. This one serves that purpose, but I may look into other options. I don't love how low he sits in it, and I don't find it easy to transition him from front to back--the instructions made absolutely no sense to me. It does do the job, though, and it may get less awkward over time.

I’m a mom that likes to multi-task so being able to move with my baby is fantastic. It keeps your hands free while doing little small task around the house and also while walking through malls or other public places. With it being forward facing, forward back facing and on back you can gently lay your babies head on your chest, let them be alert and look around or let them rest on your back.

I was so happy to try it out. I had the highest hope that I'd finally be able to retire my carrier that's seen me thru two of my oldest children. BUT got this for my youngest and after the 3rd time using it. A blood vessel in her left leg burst. I was pissed and felt like a terrible parent. I'm just warning anyone who buys this product. Be cautious, doesn't work for all babies. All babies are different. Pic of her leg, looking a lot better now.

Honest review here.We have two kids and we loved this for our second. It's a good value and a great gift for a mommy to be! My only reservation is that the fabric is a bit stiff and probably better for post 6 months when they can hold their head up more. It's not super soft for an infant. That being said it is recommended for 3 months or older.This Dreambaby Manhattan Carrier can be worn 3 ways: one with baby front facing towards the carrier, or facing outward, or as a back pack... that was my favorite feature for hikes and walks... And its a great value for that backpack option!Can carry up to 33lbs....I love that it's adjustable and has height and width straps to make the perfect fit for each child. My daughter isn't super long so the feature to shorten it helped a lot and is a great reason to get this b/c of the adjustability!It has great quick fastening clips that make it easy to release and buckle in... that's a great feature!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I got this carrier because it has all three settings which grow with the baby and can be used longer than the carriers that can only carry the baby on the front of the body. It distributes the weight of the baby making it easy to carry a larger child on your back. It keeps the child from running off or getting into things when you are out.
