Exceptional product, very useful
Like:Weight is accurateFirm rubber like bump plates - easy to add to short pockets to add incremental weights for pull ups since they can bend slightlyNo rubbery smellFits Olympic bar sleeveCarry bag has held up so far, no ripsLove the Hulk name on the plates - look greatSuper useful - incremental weights for exercises where adding even 5lbs is too much week to week such as pull-ups, side and rear lateral raises (made my own dumbbells out of PVC pipe), shoulder presses with bar.Dislike:Sometimes a challenge to slide on and off the sleeves - not all the plates, about half. Could be my bar also or because they are rubber and friction is there.

Perfect for plateaus
These microplates are perfect for their intended purpose - adding a small amount of weight to the bar (1-4 lbs.) when you can’t lift a full 5 lbs more. They are made well, look good and get the job done. Shipping was fast, good customer service. The plates are a little snug on my Oly bar but they do fit.

Great for Continuing Progression
Some people criticize these because a half-pound is less than the margin of error of the weight of larger plates (a 45 pound plate may be off by a couple of pounds or more, depending on the brand). While that may be true, it's also irrelevant. If you're using these at a home gym, you're always using the SAME weights every time. So if you use the SAME weights and you add one pound with these micro plates, you're lifting one pound more than you were last week. It doesn't matter whether you really lifted 225 last week or it was really just 220. You're still lifting one pound more if you slap a couple of these on there. That's all that matters. These are also very sturdy, decent-looking, and they all feel like they're about the same weight. They work great.

Tendency to stick.
Good fractional plates, pretty accurate weights. Only flaw is the center holes are either a little small or a little off round on a couple of them, so they can stick on the barbell. Doesn't make them unusable, just harder to get off and on.

Fantastic. Weighed each one on my wife's kitchen scale
Fantastic. Weighed each one on my wife's kitchen scale. The worst accuracy was 0.2 ounces off. Note: point 2 ounces, not pounds, off. That's some awesome precision right there. They fit my Olympic bar perfectly, enough play to make it easy to get on and off, snug enough that they don't slip around. And, this is an odd thing to say about weights designed to micro load and get you super jacked, I find them cute and endearing. Love em.

... one of a few I could find that was easy on my wallet
These fractional plates were one of a few I could find that was easy on my wallet. I just got them, haven't had a chance to use them yet but I know I'll be using them soon. For those of you that are in strength training, they will come in handy when you cannot make big jumps with your presses and bench presses. They fit perfectly on my 2 inch Olympic bar, so no complaints there. They seem like they would last, but again I just got them and only time will tell.I rated it as a 3 star because I don't throw 4 and 5 stars out willy nilly.

Perfect for slowly increasing weight on olympic bars
I bought this for grip training. Using 2.5 lb plates was just too much to increase for wrist curls. This set lets me increase in 1 lb increments (one 0.5 lb plate on each side). It also technically lets me increase by 1lb increments from 45 lbs (no weight on the bar) to over 400lbs with my current set of plates, which is more than I will need for quite a while for any lift. This set includes eight 0.5 lb plates that fit on a 2" olympic barbell. It also comes with a bonus set of spring collars. There isn't really a whole lot more to say about them. They do the job, and cost less than other sets.

Hitting new PRs
I accidentally ordered these thinking I was getting pairs of different fractional plate weights. Initially i was disappointed and contemplated returning them but I decided to keep them. Best mistake I've ever made! These are perfect and I love that theyre rubber. I tend to toss them around alot so there's no need to worry about chipping, clanging or anything at the gym. They make increasing weight much more doable without having to jump up to much weight at a time.
