Great supplement
Love this supplement. Has been a game changer for my life. I had horrible brain fog and couldn't remember the simplest where I put things, words or people I saw every day names. Best magnesium
Absolutely love this product!I’ve tried alot of other magnesium and they are no where near this products quality. I don’t usually write reviews but I had to make sure if yall do research on things like I do, this is the one so stop searching and just buy it already ☺️

Great supplement!
I researched and decided on this particular combination and love it. I’ve recommended it to my family and friends. I take 2 in the evening before bed and it helps with my sleep.

Good mixture but capsules not full
I love the combination of types of magnesium and the capsules are relatively easy to swallow even for someone with a narrow throat. However, I've noticed in the past two bottles that many of the capsules are half to three-quarters full, with empty space in the rest of the capsule. I've contacted the manufacturer as of June 2025 to see what they have to say about this.

Great for leg/foot cramp issues
This was recommended by a friend who is very informed on supplements. I complained about leg cramps and started taking these - it has helped tremendously as well as helped with my sleep. Highly recommend

Great Magnesium
I have tried several brands this brands surpasses all I have tried. I like that I can take one capsule and get the different magnesium that I need. Quality is excellent. I also use their Magnesium Citrate for my husband and it works the best for him also.I highly recommend this brand and the Magnesium 4.works the best.
