I take two before going to bed at night to help with sleep. I got better sleep starting the first night. Been on it about ten nights. Recommended by our adult son. He knew of a few others finding help so tried it himself. At least 4 of us now are getting better sleep with it. Dosage on bottle is 1 or 2 capsules per night. His wife takes 1.

I have taken magnesium supplements before and didn't notice anything. I have been an insomniac for years. This one actually helps me sleep better and has a definite change on regularity. I bought more! Of course you have to learn to regulate the intake to match your needs. I use one tab every other day and that does the job for me. More than that and I end up making too many trips to the restroom...

I like this product - it immediately helped me to sleep better through the night. The first couple of times I took two capsules, but it was too much. So now I take one capsule a day and it seems to work out fine for me.

I like the fact that I get multiple types of magnesium in one supplement. I take this at night before bed, and it really helps the muscles relax. I fall asleep faster.My wife has to take magnesium for health issues and has since switched to this supplement also.
