Works with my laptop inspiron 15 3000.

Its good, its the original soo.. yeah is good.

I bough this less than a year ago after my last adapter went out. I have taken great care of it and made sure to not snatch it out and do my best to keep people from tripping over it. It's been about 11 months and it's just now going out. I have to move it around to make it work and I'm pretty sure it's just the part that plugs into the laptop port as the black around it has chipped off and it can't seem to stay in the port well. The part that plugs into the wall, I have attached to another adapter (the part that goes into a laptop) and it seems to work just fine.For what I paid, I'm not too upset but just a warning for those looking to buy one, don't be surprised if it doesn't make it a year. I took good care of mine and it just got worn out from daily use (I work from home). It does last longer than the non-Dell brands but definitely didn't last as long as the original that came with the laptop itself.

Whew! My dog tripped over my power cord, trashed my power port and cracked the casing around it. I took my laptop to a local small shop and he replaced it but when he showed me it was fixed, it powered up on my charger but the battery wouldn’t charge. He said to go on Amazon and get an OEM charger because the pin was broken. I was super skeptical. Thank the gods this worked! Saved my butt and then some. My dog is mostly forgiven.
