I went with the more expensive case hoping it would last longer ... the charging port cover already starting to crack. And my river trip is tomorrow .. :( disappointed to say the least. Everything about the case I love but the port door sucks. Couldn't you make a more beefier one like where the stylist is? Just something better to protect the pin. Now I need to look for a new case.

Will definitely buy this case again. very sturdy and it's waterproof. People have no problem hearing me when I talk to them on the phone. If I want to watch a video I open up the charging port to get a better sound but other than that the case works as advertised. I did the water test with the paper and it came out dry. Haven't water tested it with the phone yet. Not planning on submerging, but when I'm on the kayak it does get splashed so this is going to work really well! Just be careful with the rubber tab that covers the charging port, if you lose it the case is compromised and it is no longer waterproof.

It is a nice and durable phone case works perfect protecting from water. The only downsize is to be able to gave good sound quality for phone calls or to listen music you have to open the little flap where you charge your phone.

I just got my case in today, and the little tab on the charger door BROKE the moment I went to open it. The little plastic bit in there just went 'crack' and .. poof. No longer a water proof case. The door won't close at all now.This is besides the fact that I recieved it with the protector already scratched to hell by what looks like during manufacturing they crushed it with the corner of another box.

Check product for errors, when i assembled my note 5 into the phone case the product got really tight and cracked my screen leading to exposing my digitizer layers to unwanted debris, product already had fingerprints on it that it must of been inspected or used producted, either way my new phone case was disformed causing a bind on my phone leaving me with only a refund on the punkcase and a phone screen that will evently have to be replaced directly out of my pocket, recommend to avoid this product. Product material is plastic not military grade as well. AVOID I REPEAT AVOID... if i could i would give a negative 5 star, Thats 5 below.

Unboxed this case and was pleased with the fit and finish however after three days of use the charging port hatch lost a retention tab and then it cracked in half. This effectively rendered the water proof capability useless. The need for an audio jack adapter is inconvenient for those using wired headphones.

This is a great product, except for the fact that the charging Port Cover (or "door") is affixed to the body of the case via very narrow and delicate hinge tubes which are held on by a standard watch-strap spring, which is not a bad idea in and of itself, but the assembly is delicate and the hinge tubes can break - which mine have.So, be careful with the cover.The gaskets are great, the durability is great and the accessories, such as the gasket-ready attachments for the headphones are great. The access cover ("door") for the stylus is really nifty.

I got this case delivered to me on August 13th. Today, September 21st, I am reviewing it. I've been using it for a little over a month and it has been a pain in the butt since the beginning. There is a cover over the s pen, that is all but impossible to open. I have to pry it open each time I want to access my s pen. Because I have diabetic neuropathy in my fingers, I have a condition called zombie finger. The screenon my phone will not work without the s pen. While I appreciate that this tight fit ensures it is waterproof, I have had LifeProof cases that are waterproof (as in I dropped it on a pier, it bounced across concrete, and fell into a lake, to be retrieved 10 minutes later, after diving 10 ft underwater, the phone still was 100% dry and undamaged) that aren't difficult to use. Not only that, but it is poorly made. A week ago, the flap on the charging port fell off. I can't even tell you where this happened, because it didn't fall and break off, it's simply gone. Do not waste your money, do not waste your time, I've had more durability and protection from a case from the dollar store. Do yourself a favor and get one there before you buy this. Worst case in the history of all phone cases without a doubt. Punkcase sucks!

Great case but the head phone jack plug broke. Still able to use it after 2 monthsIn 3 months the pen Door is broken the charging Door broke... not a good product for long term use
