Good product
It works — clinically shown to help with inflammation. But as Homer Simpson below notes in another review, yeah it’s not cotton candy, like any propolis product, it tastes bad.

Impossible to swallow…
A friend recommended that I use this when I was sick. The taste is so terrible that it’s really hard to get a dropper swallowed. Seriously it tastes like a melted black rubber car tire mixed with gasoline. It might be a nice supplement but it’s impossible to take.
