Fiit 3D VR Glasses Video Virtual Reality Headset for iOS & Android Smart Phones from 4.5 to 6.5 inches

Works as described. Decent instructions, but need better translation. Available Android app is only in Chinese, need English version.-The IPD adjustment (distance between eyes) is good and stays in place, but on the small side. May not be enough adjustment for a large/big head person.-The focal distance (distance from the screen) is good and independently adjustable for each eye. But the screw threads are loose fitting and move too easily. Recommend adding a thread tightening compound to keep them in place.-The FOV (Field of View) is good at 102°. Recommend not getting a HMD with anything less than a 100° FOV.-The face cushion and foam is good and soft, and removable/reappliable using Velcro when it needs cleaning.-The phone holding mechanism works well and holds securely, and the front cover is clear enough to facilitate the use of the phone's camera while installed.-The head straps work well and have infinite adjustability with Velcro.-The lenses seem to be of good quality, and a microfiber cloth is included for cleaning.-No button for tapping screen/selecting icons. Recommend getting a Bluetooth controller for screen interaction.

It's sitting in my closet. Too cumbersome to use. Have to keep taking the phone out to change apps and stuff. There is no ecosystem to navigate content from inside the device. To be fair I am on IOS - and the remote control I purchased with the device didn't work. Experience may be better on android.

These are ok I guess. They're just as good as any of the other ones out here.If you're planning on buying ANY kind of VR or 3D type goggles, do yourself a favor and buy one pair for each person that's going to want to use them. I'm using them with a Nexus 6P.I got myself one and adjusted it to my face and eyes but everytime someone else wants to 'try' it, of course they have to move my adjustments. Then on to the next person..."how do I do this, how do I do that?"....Or...get one for yourself, then hide them.

I have an iPhone 6s Plus and wanted something that I was sure would fit it nicely.The Fiit VR2N did the trick.It feels solid, the plastic does not feel cheap, the straps are well made and the Velcro has a nice snug hold.It does not feel too heavy or cumbersome on my head either.This is not the Google Cardboard version, and I do wish I had gotten that so I would have gotten the remote with it and a compatible QR code.Aside from that, it works great.The gray flip-down visor snaps into place and the hinge seems solid so far. I don't know that it adds a lot to the functionality until AR becomes more of a thing, but I think this works great for now.No complaints.

This viewer makes watching VR fun. I like that my phone is safely held in place. I think the whole headset feels a little on the heavy side but I'm getting used to it. Overall, I'm happy with it.

The media could not be loaded.  I received a set to review and was initially concerned about the size of my smartphone, which is 4". I was right to be concerned, the small smartphones like the Iphone 5, 5s, and SE will not work with this headset. They are simply too small. But an iPhone 6 or 6+ along with a host of Samsung smartphones will work just perfectly. Here's the details:=Each lens is individually adjusted. This is different from other headsets that have knobs that adjust both at the same time. However, this way you can get it adjusted perfectly for your eyes.=You simply cannot wear glasses with this headset. When you put the headset on with your glasses, you will immediately bump into the lenses and your glasses will press uncomfortably against your face. That isn't acceptable, so don't wear glasses with this set.=There is room for the earphones cable to exit the area containing your smartphone=The foam rubber lining around your eyes is quite comfortable, and this is the lightest 3D VR headset I have tested, so wearing it for a long period of time should not be a problem.=The foam rubber pad holding the smartphone in place works well. Each VR headset has its own way of doing this, but this one is excellent and doesn't allow your smartphone to slide around.Overall, I quite liked this headset, with two caveats: 1) you can't wear glasses with the headset; and 2) you need a large smartphone or you will see daylight around the phone itself, and that is quite distracting. I suggest a 6" smartphone. My rating assumes you have such a device. If you are using a smaller smartphone, my rating does not apply.

This is by far one of the best VR viewers in this price range, if you are looking for a low-cost better-build alternative to the cheap cardboard sets, then this is the headset for you. It works with the thousands of Google Cardboard applications on the market. GREAT FOV (around 100 with my 5.5" LG G3), almost the same as the more expensive GearVR.This is a great headset to build your own cheap Oculus/HTC VIVE alternative, streaming VR games from your PC using the trinus VR app or Riftcat software. Vrkommando website has published a great tutorial, using this same headset and the LEAP motion interface !! (Google for more info).UPDATE: After trying out other glasses (VRbox 2 and VR Shinecon) i can confirm that the FiitVR has the best FOV of the bunch, ideal for gaming. Also i would recommend getting a bluetooth controller to navigate tru the cardboard apps as it does not have a magnetic button.I received this product at a discount in exchange for my HONEST opinion.
