Superb product
I keeps the contents warm for 10 to 12 hours. Bit bulkier than what you imagine seeing picture. Guess it's necessary for thermal insulation. Highly recommended

Pretty efficient
I pack idlies in it, haven’t used much as of now, they stay warm for a decent amount of time 5-6 hours (only if I fill in it until the top).There’s no sweating inside as well.
