Fisher-Price Imaginext Ocean Boat

I agree with other reviewers in that the ocean boat is durable and sufficiently complex and realistic to satisfy ages 3-8. It comes with a one-man submersible, and this item is poorly designed -- the "hook" for pulling it back onto the ship is set into the hatch of the sub. Our experience is that every time you try to hoist the sub, the hatch simply pops open. It has been frustrating for my son. We attached another hook, not on the hatch, but it is not at the proper balance point on the sub, so you then have to "help" it over the rail for deployments and retrievals. I hope Fisher-Price fixes this design flaw in the next version! Otherwise, we are quite pleased with the boat and accessories, although we do wish that some of the action figures were female.

We purchased this ship for our 3 year old son. We have several Imaginext toys and this one is by far is the best one that we have purchased. It is very fun and interesting and he just loves it. The quality, functionality, and educational value is exceptional. The boat and all of the accessories are very well made and will last for many years. The transaction through Amazon went very smoothly and the shipping time was faily fast. Would highly recomend this toy to anyone.

Got the no-fuss packaging, boat comes right out, just add the plug in small pieces. Birthday boy & friends immediately started playing with it. Very durable, not just the boat but the smaller parts too. It's nice to have a good guys boat for kids to play with to balance all the other pirate boats! A real winner!

Preschoolers and up to possibly third grade will love all the Imaginext toys. This is the second one I've purchased. All the little kids who come over love to play with this. AND this is a great way to teach your kid some science.

My 5 and 2.5 year old have not stopped playing with this since it came out of the box!! Great toy that really sparks the imagination and keeps their interest.

Got this boat for our 3 year old son. He loves it. Very well made. Doesn't float on the water, but rolls on the floor and when it does, it spins the propellers and a few of the tower attachements. Really nice.

This toy is complex and large enough to be easily shared between my 6 and 4 year-old nephews.

In very good condition, exactly what my grandson wanted and the price was great. Would definitely buy again if offered at that price.

This Boat is Brilliant! It comes with loads of pieces and is much bigger and sturdier than I was expecting, The boat has a few moving parts and the mini submarine is quite large too. My son was really happy with this and has really enjoyed playing with this. This item is great value for money and good quality. Recommended

My son already has this boat and his friend loved it so much too that I bought it for his 4th birthday. Fantastic product, very sturdy and lots of things to do with it to keep little ones playing.

My 2 year old grandson was absolutely delighted with this.It is giving him many hours of play so that when I try to speak to him via FaceTime he is too busy!
