Will this work with an hp deskjet printer (2540)?

I do not have a 2540 but I do have a HP Deskjet printer. I set my print to best but not photo and I let it dry for 36 hours before I cut them apart and used them. Mine were used for labels on test equipment devices I wanted labeled. They look very nice, like they were there originally and still look great after several months. Indoor items. Also I only printed in black and my HP ink is permanent.

Can this be used for orinting PS4 controller decals?

I don’t see why it wouldn’t work. Sure. It won’t rip and is very smooth.
