Great electric tape
Finally I found a real black electric tape underwriters laboratory listed safe. Worth every penny. I will purchase as long as it is on Amazon. Works great, sticky on one side only unlike some imported tape I have tried. Waterproof and stretchable. Highly recommend product and seller. You will not be sorry buying this tape.

Did the job.
I got this to cover the plugs for my low voltage landscape lights. The wider tape was perfect for the task.

Black-out tape
I purchased this wide black electrical tape to use around my primary bedroom blind so that light no longer "bleeds" at the top and bottom of my black-out draperies. This was a perfect solution for $15.I wanted to purchase Amazon's reasonably priced "NIGHTON Portable Blackout Curtains 71"×57" Strong Hook and Loop Tape Strips with Adhesive, Blackout Shades That can be Cut,100% Blackout Material Blackout Blinds for Baby Nursery or Travel Use-Black" are three inches too short for my window, which is 70"×60". Perhaps NIGHTON will offer my window size in future. So, I'll keep watch because I would prefer a neater more permanent solution.

Works for my non-electrical usage.
I needed this to hold some handlebar tape in place on a stationary bicycle, so perhaps not the most conventional of uses. Regular width tape had let me down so I wanted something wider. This seems to do the trick. It's significantly more expensive than regular electrical tape - I'd expect to pay maybe $1.50 for a roll of regular width, and this is five times the price for tape twice the width. That said it's a lot cheaper than any of the other comparable options. Four stars for value, because it's way more than twice the price for twice the tape (hence not five stars) but it beats paying $35 for a 30-foot roll, which was the best price I could find anywhere else.Ease of use is much like regular electrical tape. It doesn't tear as easily or as cleanly as the regular tape I usually use for electrical purposes but cuts and tears easily with the aid of a sharp knife. Four stars again - not quite worth five because it doesn't tear as cleanly as my normal tape, but still perfectly workable with the aid of a tool.

Wide heavy electrical tape
Very best weather resistant electrical tape I have used entirely outdoors as a ham operator in waterproofing all my coax connections on all my many antenna projects. Will buy again.

Don't expect this to stick to anything but eletrical wires
This might stick well to itself and thus, electrical wires, but it is terrible at sticking to much else. I thought it might work to cover holes in car door interior. I was wrong. Was looking for something thick and thus possibly thermally insulative due to it's rubber content.
