My husband and I bought this fireplace for our apartment, and wow does it really fancy the place up!!! It looks super realistic and seems to heat fine. We haven't actually used the heating feature for an extended period yet as it hasn't been cold enough but it seems to function just fine. Love the different flame settings.

The 'fire' is pretty real looking, but disappointed in the condition of it. The 'wood' is basically just painted styrofoam and it chips easily. Mine came with several 'cracks'. I will have to find some kind of paint to cover it. It does come with a marking pen, but it is not effective.

What a totally awesome product! It was slightly smaller than I expected however it fit absolutely perfect where it was placed! It was the favorite gift for Christmas! Really great quality! Stones look real and wood looks real as well! Flames look realistic! Can't say enough good things about this Fireplace! I would absolutely buy another one!

my favorite part is it came fully assembled. the only down side is its only delivered to the curb...so you'll need help or a dolly to get it in house.

I really like my new fireplace! It came early. The only thing I am not so happy with is that some of the spots on the base are coming off. The company did provide a pen to color in the areas that may be damaged, but it seems that the ones I colored in become larger as I try to fix them. I like the size and it looks perfect in the space I had in mind to put it.

Really perfect for the price amazing. It was just perfect size and look. Would highly recommend, gives off a good amount of heat

really good fire for the money. The stone looks pretty good, the flames are nice and I love the multiple flame levels. My only gripe is that, like all fires of this nature in the USA, it seems, it does not have a proper hearth. I will need to make one. However I am very happy with how this looks in my home and think it was great value for money.

This fireplace is just gorgeous! The first order of it was damaged in shipment and plow and hearth has the best customer service! Adreanna, Sandy, and Becky from plow and hearth worked to get me a replacement very quickly! 5++ on the their service! Here are some pics of this beauty in our family room. Someone previously stated the mantel and base is just painted styrofoam. This is not true. The entire shell is made of formed rock and very sturdy.
