Q: Is this safe to use every day on fine hair? The store clerk said to use it once a week since it has keratin in it.

I am not a hair professional, nor do I play one on TV, but I have super fine hair and I use it daily. I only wash my hair maybe 2-3 times a week, unless it gets super dirty/sweaty/etc. But I condition my hair daily with the Keratin conditioner in the shower and follow up daily with the spray on, leav in conditioner.

Q: Does this product protect against humidity? Or does it at least help? I usually straighten my hair with a titanium flat iron. Thanks!

I've lived in Florida all my life. This is the best product I've found to help control the frizz from humidity. I use it after a shower, then blow dry & flat iron, then finish with a little hair spray.

Q: I cannot get the pump to work. What should I try?

Terrible pump design, very difficult to push down. I have been using this product for over seven years and I hate the pump. The product is very good, that's the only reason I purchase it. I am looking into another leave conditioner, any suggestions?
