The smell coming from the bottle will make you puke!!
From the second I opened the bottle the smell is pungent. You would think it's in a capsule so you don't have to smell or taste it. This one dose both smells horrible and taste just as bad. I have used multiple other dim products brands none that smells or tastes like this don't waste your money on this one.

What can I say, older people usually have an excess of Astrogen as they age. That's usually where the belly fat comes from. Taking DIM 300mg about an hour after waking up along with DHEA and a good NOS supplement about a half hour or so before working out is great. Don't forget to fallow a Proper diet to maximize your gains to build more muscle while Decreasing your fat reserves.
