Sizing and fit are way off!
Let start by saying the material is of high quality and looks good out of the package buts that’s where the pros end. To start the sizing chart is way off. I’m 5’11” 200lbs and based on the sizing chart I got the XXL. The XXL was way too large and could have fit someone who was 6’5” and at least 250lbs. So I decided to get the XL which again was way too large and could have fit an NFL linebacker. The jacket comes down to my mid thighs. The pants I have to fold over the waist band and roll up the pant legs just so it semi fits.

Amazing sweat without the fatigue and overheating while looking and feeling great.
Having boxed now over the course of three decades, and training fighters for the past 10 years, I've tried countless numbers of sauna suits and compression suits to kill that water weight. I've used the cheap $6.99 suits from Wal-Mart up to the Kutting Weight and Fighting compression suits that fit like scuba suits. This Hotsuit Sauna suit is the single best I've ever used - broken down by category below.Fit & Finish: 8/10The Hotsuit Sauna suit is just stylish. First, there are multiple sizes, so you're not just stuck getting S/M or L/XL. I am 5;6" and 150# and went with a medium and it fits extremely well. It is somewhat slim fitting so you do not have material bunching up in the arms, legs, and torso which often impede your workout. The materials used are 10/10 for sure. The matte black basically forces people to look your way and ask you where you got the suit from. Only issue I have is the top of the zipper, when closed, chafes my chin if I'm running. The material is extremely durable and I do not get the impression that it will tear for a long while. The seams hold together very well.Sweat: 9/10While I do tend to sweat a little bit more when wearing the compression style suits, I cannot wear them for very long before I start to experience muscle fatigue and have to take it off. With the cheap suits, the materials become annoying, so again, I ended up taking the suit off. In my testing, I've worn the Hotsuit Sauna Suit for 10 minute warm up shadow boxing, 10 minute 9mph run on the treadmill, 10 minutes on a stationary bike, 12 rounds of me holding focus mitts, and then 20 minutes straight in the sauna (I do not recommend staying in the sauna for 20 minutes to anyone, just a personal choice of mine) and at no point in time did I feel the need to remove the suit! The only issue I did encounter was, during my time in the sauna, the inner heat-locking material tends to heat up and made my ears hot.In all, I had the suit on for about 85 minutes and I sweat out about 5.5 pounds.I can't stress this enough, at no time during this workout did I feel like my skin or organs were overheating, and I did not feel any undue muscle fatigue, the fact that I don't even notice the suit is on allowed me to keep it on and continue sweating.Overall, I give this suit an 8.5-9 out of 10. All of my fighters will be wearing this in the near future.

Exceptional quality fabric.. For 5'8", 170lbs, ...
Exceptional quality fabric.. For 5'8" , 170lbs, Large is very very big... I expected "Large" would fit based on answers but unfortunately it is huge. Basically would fit someone who is 6' 2" and 200lbs+.

Surprisingly Comfortable and Effective
I wanted to try this style of suit vs the standard kind. I like this one because is a zippered jacket instead of the shirt kind that you have to put on and take off over your head. There is nothing more comical than a fat man, slick with sweat, trying to take off a tight fitting plastic shirt clinging to his body. The other brands I thought I was going to be found dead with the shirt covering my face, in some weird fetish play. The HOTSUIT set zippered jacket is nice and it's hooded. Not a fan of the GIGANTIC logo on the back at all, but it'll do. The minute I put it on, I started sweating. Wore it around the house the first day to get use to the fit and feel. I'm 6/4 and roughly 300lbs, and I ordered the 4XL. It's not tight, but it is close to the body, which is technically what one wants. Wore it sitting on the deck in the blazing sun and while barbecuing, and was sweating buckets. Decided to run over to Lowe's to pick up some things, and was POURING sweat everywhere.Overall, the only things I don't like are the huge logo on the back and the drawstring on the pants need to be thicker and wider.

VERY BAD SIZING - Second Try with XXL size
I wear a women L and ordered this sauna suit in a man size for longer waist, and also ordered one size up to Men XL.The pants is so tight, I can barely get it pulled up, my estimate is it's a size women S/M. The jacket fit ok. This is the worst sizing miss match I have ever experienced. My husband is an actual XL and he thought it very amusing that he is supposed to fit in it. I had to return it.Next I went to the men XXL size. Putting it on, again, the pants is very tight and the material does not give at all. The calf part is especially narrow, also for ease of movement I unzipped the side zippers at my hips to allow for more room when doing workouts other than jogging, like squats, lunges, etc. The jacket is huge and swallows me, so again a big difference in sizing. The suit makes you sweat and the elastic wrist and ankle closures do NOT prevent your sweat from leaking out, I was working out in a pool of sweat the first time I used it. My socks and shoes were drenched in sweat.I found a solution in wearing leggings and a shirt (preferable long sleeves) to wear under the suit to catch the sweat.Easy to rinse off inside out and it dries fast.I wish the manufacturer would address the annoying size issue, as is, it makes this suit very hard to fit in any sizing chart.

Fit, finish, contents
If you are wondering if this product includes bottoms (pants), it does. That was not clear that me from the description. The fit of the bottoms (pants) is not really for us “full-bottomed” (fat-a$$ed) Americans. If you wear it while you climb stairs on a Stair-Master or doing dead-lifts, or back-squats the back of the bottoms willpull down some. Not so far you have butt-gapitis bit far enough you may fell like you are constantly pulling the back up. Don’t understand why the is a zipper on the top left. There is no pocket it opens. The zipper on the pants front has a pocket.

Good quality material and feels great
I have been looking for a good hotsuit for a while. So far during my training sessions, I have been using thin jackets and have also tried a bin liner to help me sweat more. This hotsuit changes the game. It will really make you sweat during your training sessions; don’t forget to keep yourself hydrated. It comes as a pair with a trouser and a jacket. It’s made of good quality material and feels great. I have been using this now for a few weeks and love it. There are a few cheaper alternatives to this but like they say, you get what you pay for. This will last a long time and in my humble opinion it’s worth the money.

Not recommended.
I bought this for boxing and decided to try a different brand. This item far too expensive for what it is. Doesn't rip so far or isn't too heavy but does not make you sweat as much as a PVC or heavier type and doesnt warm you up as quickly. The oversized logo on the back means you can't really wear it outside or cut weight discreetly. In any case, the logo has started peeling so won't be long before it comes off. Also the uppermost zip has no pocket. It is a design feature. This is mentioned but advertised slyly.Fitment of the bottoms is fine. The top is far too long in the body and is only comfortable tucked in, in which case sweat will pool in your groin area.Customer service is awful from this brand too, as you can contact them via email/instagram/twitter, and they read the messages but not reply.I am 191cm and 87kg and purchased 2XLI would save your money tbh
