In my first few uses it stung the damaged skin a little bit, enough to be uncomfortable. But at the same time the stinging was so much better than the constant itching of my eczema patches. I had large patches of eczema on my neck, arms, back of legs and have had chronic eczema symptoms since early childhood.Because the symptoms are chronic, I try to refrain from using steroid creams found in prescriptions or OTC products like hydrocortizone. Those aren't good for long term use yet diet change, alternative remedies, and other creams don't keep it away like topical steroids do. Once I started using the Psoriazema I noticed the stinging became less and less and the itching became less and less. Until after awhile the patches actually healed and the flakiness and redness went away.I should note, I used the Psoriazema in conjunction with Alaffia Shea Butter which I get from Haggen Grocery. These two together were the perfect combination. The Psoriazema acted in lieu of the cortizone and the shea butter acts as my daily lotion. Originally I had tried it because my sister bought for her youngest boy who has severe eczema and it stung his skin to the point where he could not use it. So I would not recommend to anybody who has a young child with large patches, though it did heal my skin so...

I tried this product for a little over a month. I really hoped it would work. I wanted it to help, obviously, or I never would have spent my money on it. This product did nothing for me except make my testicle sac burn for a few minutes. Don't let this product get near your scrotum.

This product may be natural, which is why I purchased it, but it is not a cream I would recommend. It has a smell that is way to strong. It has an odor that is like a wet hay field that lingers well after application. Also, it is quite "greasy" feeling when applied and for quite some time afterwards.

I had to hard to time coming to one solid feeling on this ointment. I have a love/dislike with it for several reasons. First, I like the packaging of the ointment. When I opened it, it the color wasn’t what I was expecting. It’s a greenish-brown color. The ointment has a pretty strong scent to it. It’s a mixture of an earthy, herby and eucalyptus type of scent. Although when you look at the ointment it appears to be pretty solid, as soon a you touch it the ointment pretty much just melts in your fingers. This ointment is pretty thick and kind of sticky. This is not the type of ointment you want to use if you have severe eczema during the summer time because you will hot, sticky and smelly. I got this to use on my psoriasis spots and for my brother and mom to use because they both have eczema. My brother can’t use this because it contains almond oil and he has peanut allergies. My mom found that she can’t use it on her eczema because when her skin is irritated although the ointment helps with itching, it burns her skin and she ends up having to wash it off. I now am the only one who uses it and when I use this ointment it helps the spots to appear less visible and less itchy. But they haven’t quite healed the spots or made them go away. Also I can only use this ointment when I know I’m going to be home. I usually put it on at night because the scent of this is too strong for me to just wear especially in the summer time. I will continue using it to see it helps my skin in a significant way.As a person who looks to reviews to help in my purchasing experience, it is always imperative to be as honest and thorough in my reviews as I possible can be. I'd never had eczema until a few months ago when out of nowhere I started to get really bad flares on my face. I tried several products: hydrocortisone, Aveeno, vaseline and even prescription steroids. These seemed to help but as soon as my skin started to clear it'd flare up again. So started to search for a product with different ingredients than the ones I'd used before. That's when I came across this item and decided to give it a try.1. It works great for reducing the itching, redness and dryness. It has a slight burning/tingling when first applied, but that wears off in a few minutes. For me this was not a deterrent2. There's now longer periods between flares and they're becoming less severe3. It has a 'medicinal' smell but I don't think that it's strong enough to be a deterrent4. It rubs on easilyOverall, good product. It's doing for me what is promised on the label so I've no complaints (yet)

I bought this for my roommate because she had both eczema and psoriasis. She was miserable. She had it all over her arms and in her scalp, terrible. She tried everything and nothing worked. After reading all the reviews on this product I thought I would get it for her to try. She didn't have much hope because of all the other products she has tried and I mean she has tried them all. After using the product for about 3 days her arms and scalp starting healing, and now after about 3 weeks her arms are back to normal and she has 1 little spot left on her scalp that's almost gone. This is a wonder creme! and the smell of it is wonderful. She even told me that the people that she works around loved the smell of it. I just wanted to send you a big THANK YOU for your product.

Thought I would give this a try for the price. It is too greasy, and has a strange odor. Does not do much for my psoriasis. Should have stuck with the Puriya Mother of all Creams.

It was not very effective for my breakout. It would calm the itching for a brief period but did not heal the breakout at all.
