Easy to fit
I have no idea about cars but my Freelander was looking tatty. The gaiter comes with frame and fitting it took 5 minutes and it looks great.

To replace the original, leather looks superior to the original and should be an easy switch over.

No problems with gaiter which, now installed, looks very smart compared to the original worn leatherette version.Fitting is a bit of a problem and I had to resort to information from youtube. However the reassurance provided online made the changeover straightforward.

I am really pleased that I decided to purchase this leather gaiter to replace the worn-out original.The quality of the leather is undisputable with precision stitching. A stand-out is that it has the frame at the base already fitted which is a REAL BONUS. The frame is a perfect fit and saves the hassle of having to remove the original frame from the old gaiter and glue it to the new gaiter, this is well thought out and a no-brainer, well worth the extra bit of dosh.For - Well made with high-quality leather. Comes with the bottom frame glued to the gaiter. A perfect fit.Against - NoneHighly recommend is you need to replace the gear gaiter on a Freelander 2
