When I ordered this set of gel nail polish I honestly did not realize how tiny the bottles are but it’s worth the money, you get a good amount of nice colors and the quality is amazing! I started doing my own nails with powder but for some reason they wouldn’t last two weeks or more so I decided to give gel a try even though my gel polish mani never lasted more than 3 days when I got it done at the nail salon, well let me tell you, I have done my nails a total of 3 times and all of the 3 times my gel mani has lasted more than 2 weeks with this brand! I LOVE IT and it’s super easy to use, follow instructions and prep your nails so it can last longer. I do my husband’s mani as well (his mani lasts about a month), the shiny top coat gives you an amazing shine and this set also brings a mate gel nail polish! FYI I type on my computer all day, do dishes on a daily basis and I file my nails at least 2 times per week, no chipping at all! I wish I could have done this before, I also do my pedi when I do my mani! Colors a beautiful and I do one base coat, 2 or 3 color coats and 2 top coats (I cure them for 90 seconds after every coat)

The shades are vibrant, fresh, and perfect for the season. The consistency of the polish is spot on—smooth and easy to apply, with great coverage that goes on evenly without streaks. It cures beautifully and looks professional every time. I’ll definitely be purchasing more from this brand!

I love the quality of Beetles gel polish! The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because of the size of the bottles. I know you only get so much when you pay lower prices but I would rather pay a higher price and get regular size bottles than only have enough for a couple of sets. I tend to use these for nail art or small things if there is only one nail that needs painted a certain color or if I need to use them to mix colors to get a certain shade that I do not already have. I think the Beetles collections are good collections for a beginner who is just getting started and familiar with nails. They provide a variety of different colors and they are top notch quality when it comes to pigment. The top coats and base coat are also amazing and I ended up purchasing them separately again outside of the collection. I have heard a lot of people speak recently on Beetles and they have not had positive things to say about them due to contact dermatitis but you have to keep in mind that some of these collections are offered with a very small curing lamp. That lamp is technically a FLASH curing lamp, you still need to put your nails into a full lamp to fully cure them to avoid any skin allergies such as contact dermatitis. The lamps that are offered with the collections will NEVER fully cure your polish! But all in all I would recommend this polish 10 outta 10 times to any beginner or professional. I just really wish the collections came with the full size bottles of polish instead of the tiny ones.

Great color scheme. Nice starter set of gel polish! Perfect for doing nails at home and or learning. Not quite the quality at salon polish, but for the money it is worth buying!

I am absolutely so happy with this product! This is my first purchase from the “Beetles” polish brand. The packaging is neat and compact. The polishes come in their own little plastic organizer which is nice, sturdy and perfect to carry around or have on any surface. The Base and Top gel bottles are larger than the color bottles which is very convenient because you need more than a small bottle for all of the polishes this set comes with. The box says to apply 2-3 coats of color when doing your nails so I was a bit worried that the polish would be very light and transparent but the pigment is amazing! You can see it’s great quality once you open up the bottle and see the rich colors. The brushes on the bottles are very nice as well! Although the bottles of color are smaller the brushes are not small, they’re a great size and pick up a lot of product! They dry very quickly underneath the UV nail lamp and cause no bubbles. Unlike some polishes that sting or hurt under the lamp, this polish had no pain effect on my nails! My pedicure looks as if I had it done at the Solon, this is definitely great Salon-like quality!

I have a few Beetles polish sets now. I’m okay with the smaller bottles since I don’t have the patience to do my own nails super often. I do get some burning during the UV drying process, which is momentary but harsher with more layers, but that happens with most gel polish application. Have found that buffing and using a ph bonder prior to applying the base coat helps them not peel off as easy, especially since I often get the polish on my cuticles in the process of drying them. This last kit I bought has a few polishes that are quite chunky upon opening soon after arrival, and will not smooth with rolling or stirring the bottles. Makes for an uneven cover and sometimes the lumps gravitate toward the edges of my cuticles while drying, leaving them chunky on the sides, oozing onto my skin a bit, and more prone to peeling soon after. Had to throw away one of the top coats right away, it had the consistency of rubber cement and was too thick to easily apply. I keep my good polishes (those that currently apply smoothly and evenly) away from heat and sunlight. Perhaps some shades are older, not sure if the cause. Just wish the polishes were more consistent in quality and coverage, and that the application brushes were better too. Have found some fuzz in a couple of bottles and some of the wands the bristles stick out in crazy directions or are loose. Recommend wiping surfaces and prior to starting and using quilted cotton pads instead of cotton balls when applying alcohol or if taking off old polish prior to painting new. That will cut down on extra external fuzz. Have had lots of compliments. Good luck with your pretty nails!
