Hi Stephen, Since this item is pre-cut, the sizes will stay the same, however, there are 15 strips in the box that you can surely utilize for bigger and better coverage. Thank you!

Each patch has a peel off back like a regular bandaid so you peel and stick it on the pain! You can wear several at one time it the pain is severe.

Q: Why call it titanium? It's cloth. I was looking for titanium strips.
