Q: Is this the exact same mattress that they have at the Westin Hotels? Also, does this mattress really sag after just 1-2 years?

NOO! This is not the same mattress as the hotel! We purchased this mattress thinking it was the same as the hotel. It has been the worst bed that we have purchased. To make matters worse it is not returnable. Almost every other mattress has at least a 30 day trial period. We have only had it about 6 months so not sure about the sagging yet.

They do not. It’s just a for hire delivery service that brings it.

Yes, but we haven’t had any sagging and it’s really comfortable! I’m glad we ordered it. We also ordered the mattress topper. It’s wonderful too. Q: Has anyone had the bed more than 10 years...do they hold up?

I've had 2 of these mattresses. Very comfy but only lasts about 6-7 years then breaks down quickly. Beds average 8 years.
