Good pain reliever
Works very quickly and lasts for a few hours. Bought for knee pain which was keeping me awake at night and making climbing the stairs awkward. It does make your eyes water a little and cough, so spray it on in a well ventilated area and there is no problem. It dries very quickly and leaves very little odour once dry. For me it works better then the gel version and roll on and also the other freeze gels that offer pain relief. Even better it is small enough to carry in your pocket or bag. I have sensitive skin but it has not caused any rashes or irritation so really pleased with this product.

This spray is perfect. It’s easy to manoeuvre to spray exactly where you need and highly effective. Good to carry in bag or pocket too. I have tried gels before which are messy and have damaged silk scarves and linen tops so this is a great solution. Just spray and go.It’s a little more than I’d like to pay but still ok for just now. I will keep repurchasing unless price goes up otherwise I highly recommend.

Good experience, but the tracking updates could be better.
Hold the bottle upright or upside down, 4-6 inches from the skin. Apply 5-10 sprays to the effected area. Every 2 or 3 sprays, massage into the affected area. You can use the spray up to 3 or 4 times per day, leaving at least 4 hours between applications, for up to 2 weeks (or longer if recommended by your doctor). If your symptoms worsen or continue for more than 2 weeks, speak to your pharmacist or doctor. For full directions, see the enclosed package leaflet.
