I loved this supplement, I suffer from drowsiness periodically throughout my workday especially around the 3 pm mark. This product helped me with continuous energy and brain focus. I have been taking it for about a week now and already see results. HIGHLY recommend it for those who need more focus and sustained energy.

I originally bought this product to help with my constant fatigue I was having.Had tried a lot of other supplements but to no avail, until I tried this A-GPC. What a surprise the very first day I took it I had more energy and subsequently even more energy every day I’ve been taking it at 600mg (two tablets in the morning) I’ve taken for three weeks now and feel so much better. It definitely is worth trying.

-I'm not a fan of the HPMC style caps used here - they contain ingredients that are concerning to me. I prefer the traditional veg caps.-I have taken other brands of phospho choline before and they seem to help a bit. Not a magic bullet, but they help a little bit.-This is my first experience with Alpha GPC Choline, and it seems to perform the same as the other choline I've tried.-This is about the same price as PhosCholine, the value seems average.-This is free from titanium dioxide. (I always check pill ingredients for this, sometimes they add it to make things whiter, and I absolutely do NOT feel it's safe to ingest titanium dioxide.)

As I get a little older I am not only concerned about my sleep but also about my cognitive processing. I listened to a podcast by Dr. Amon about supplements that are a must for 50+ year old's and this was highly recommended. I do feel different since starting it. I combined it with a few other supplements and do feel that I have more clarity of mind and faster processing speed. Not as much "brain fog" as I had been experiencing. It is now a regular part of my supplementation.

Dislike.After I take this, I feel sleepy.

I like the price and quality. I realize some don't favor this brand but, it is truly remarkable as I had terrific results. If you never had ACH deficiency then you wouldn't realize how great this product works. I had pain in feet so bad it hurt to walk, now it's gone. Thank you.

As a 75 year old male, I felt as though my memory was beginning to deteriorate. My daughter told me that I should look into an acetylcholine supplement to improve my brain performance. I did a web search and fount the Alpha GPC Choline Supplement. I have been taking it for about two weeks now and find that I am much better at focusing. I do not seem to be in a fog anymore.

this supplement made me really sick!!! A terrible headache started soon after I took it for the first time. I gavve it another try the next day - same thing happened. There is nothing clean about it - on the contrary!!!
