Manuka is best!
I got this honey cause I want to make honey balmy for boosting my immune system and this was the perfect ingredient. Manuka honey is full of immune boosting properties and that is the biggest reason why I got it and it is true to its name. It was thick and creamy, and was perfect with the fresh turmeric and ginger, lemon and black pepper that I used. It worked wonderful and when I came home from a trip I wasn’t feeling good I knew I had caught something from my friends husband who came home from a week weekend long wedding sick. It really help me bounce back quicker than I normally would have. I have a lot of auto immune issues and I was thrilled. That I could get out of that funk real quick. I take care of my neighbor and she does not need to feel bad. In fact, she sounds like she had a cold today and I gave her a dose of her her honey balm.
