Q: Not clear to me which model is straight up and down steps (NOT twisting motion)?

The EFITMENT has a slight twist motion. I’m not sure what brand/model is straight up and down. I haven’t come across one that is.

Q: ZooVaa, Can this be used without twisting, just straight stepping up and down? I’ve had a knee injury and must avoid twisting movements.

No twisting, you use a walking/stair-stepping type motion. I like this product. However, the tension is not adjustable and depending on the severity of your injury, it might cause your knee some pain.

Q: Does this stepper twist as shown in the product description pictures? I ordered one without the resistance bands and it steps up and down, no twist.

Mine does not twist. Nor would I want it to.

Q: Digital screen not working?. received it as a christmas present. the counter worked one time. now it just shows 0 for everything!!

It seems to turn to 0 after 1000 calories burned. Did you try holding down the reset button?
