Not only is this gigabit injector reliable and effective, but it is also versatile. It works for my IP camera beautifully which has been a godsend because almost no other gigabit devices have connected as well. The device itself is made out of a sturdy steel material that is heavy and durable. It comes in protective packaging and is thin enough to be stored in a sneaky location. Because this device uses a lot of wires, I’m happy that it is so thing because it can be tucked into a closet easily or even stuck to a wall, though it is a bit heavy.I only have one phone in my house and this device is beyond powerful enough to connect and offer reliable connection, but I have offered it to my friend who has a houseful of kids who all use 48 VDC phones and they needed a solution for their faulty ethernet cable. They said the connection is reliable and nobody ever complains about a broken or faulty connection. POE is a lifesaver!This device is both effective and durable, but the best part about it is the easy installation. It takes only minutes to install if you know your cords and home system, but if you don’t, any tech professional can set this up for you. It’s just a matter of rearranging cords. I highly recommend this for large broadband!

This has performed flawlessly on the cat6 cable runs that I have going across the house from the basement to the cameras on the first floor, and the WAPs on the top three floors. I don't really have a way to testing the power output, but coming off of a UniFi Dream Machine, the points that are a good bit away from the basement haven't had any problems with getting power.So I understand that I might not be the typical user, but this is extremely effective for me. The only thing that I wonder about if if there was a way to make this with one power brick in stead of two, but I've got the space, so it's not a huge impact on my setup.This isn't overly-fancy and it doesn't have to be. In hindsight I probably got one that was too large because I have half of these ports unused.

Absolutely love this unit. Quality through and through. PoE can make a homeowners life so much easier and organized. Great for LEDs, security cameras, anything low voltage. Extremely durable and well made, again holding this unit screams quality. I have recommended this specific unit already to my neighbor who is also using it for phone and water system.

I have used this for 2 months to see how it worked. I deleted two 8 port hubs and one POE camera port and combined them into this one massive hub. So far everything has worked well and I like the quality of the product a lot.I liked the fact that I could eliminate a hub and combine the wiring. The camera had a separate power supply wired to a POE combination adapter and I was glad to simplify the wiring of that mess. All of my computers and home electronics are 1 GIG Ethernet and everything is working well.I don’t have a rack to mount the unit the way it is designed. I wish there was some hardware to use with the unit and mount it on a desktop or in a shelve. I like this product and I rated it 5 stars.

The entire thing is designed to be rack mounted, which saves space and makes cable runs that much easier since everything is going to the same place.Each port is fused at 650mA, and is capable of providing power over a distance of up to 100 meters.Having a dedicated 24 port POE injector is great because it frees up ports on my managed switches, which I'd rather be using for other stuff. This way all the downstream gear is connected to the injector, which simplifies the topology.Comes with two, 56v, 240w power supplies to power the injector.Solid product build quality and performance. Great experience so far.

Installed this in our network rack around 4 months ago and so far we haven't had any issues with it. I was planning on swapping out an old Netgear gigabit switch with a 48 port PoE+ gigabit switch since we have about 15 VOIP phones and 8 PoE cams at our main office but there was a hardware shortage. Received this unit to try out and so far I'm glad I set it up here.All of our Polycom VVX 300 phones are powered through this switch as well eight Amcrest PoE cams (through the original Netgear gigabit switch). We've experienced no disruptions even through a brownout and temporary blackout (fall over to BBU).Based on the build quality, how well it's operated over the past few months, and ease of installation I would recommend this PoE injector/switch.

Easy to use and install, simple place in your rack above or below your existing switch, patch all the ports to the data side, and now you have all POE ports! It's that easy. Nothing else to deal with or do. This thing feels high quality and is made of great materials. All ports are labeled nicely and the LED's are all bright and shiny, albeit there are only a few. This is great in a commercial installation, or in a school or security installation or for large home automation and security. Because it's Mode B the power is always available on those pairs regardless of network link, so that can be helpful for some units to connect and stay powered sans data.

So I have been using another product from this brand, PoE Texas 8 Port PoE Switch, without any issue for a while, so I didn’ hesitate to request this one !Like the other one, it worked as it was supposed to, and the material feels good, not cheap (for me the quality of material is one of the top priority haha) !And I think the durability and stability are quite important factors to consider for a product like this, and this has been performing well for about 3 months now without any issue !
