I used them to tie up and out of the way oblong Christmas figures in the basement ceiling/joists. Tucked away and reusable. Very sturdy and the screws worked great. I didn't use the anchors as I was going into wood.

I used them as a chain link fence gate latch that would allow a padlock to be reached from both sides of the gate. There was not enough room to fit the gate latches sold on the market. With locking screws, these seem to do the trick quite nicely.

These pad eyes are well made, and they're doing what I need them to do. I'm not pushing their limits. They are low profile, which is good for me.

Bought an 86 inch Samsung, and even though it weighs far less than the amount is rated for I wanted extra insurance. For any reason, the amount fails. I have plastic coated cable attached to these on the wall. They will keep the TV from kissing the floor.

good looking appear to be strong, the only possible drawback is that the welds that attach the two piece eye plate together seem a bit shallow on the underside of the plate, just a nit-pick, these should be fine for most uses
