I have used the Nature2 for over 10 years now, and have ordered from this store before. This time around, the boxes were torn, open, and not looking good, but I was able to contact the store through Amazon's third party seller, and they are sending me a new order once I return this one. I was glad of their response.

Good price on something I have used for years.

I’ve been using these products for years and I love them. I have asthma and the bromine would always set off an asthma attack but I have no issues with these products. They keep my spa crystal clean.I gave 4 stars because the product was shipped in an envelope and the box was crushed. The product appears to be undamaged but if this is the best they can do for packaging I will just go to the local pool supply store. In the past, it has always been shipped in a box.

When the mineral balance is good, you need less chlorine or bromine, and that means money saved!

Great product. The price point is good and the product does exactly what it's intended to do. We have had our hot tub for some months now and have bought replacement of these sticks at least once or twice already. They last how long they say they last and then replacement installation is very easy. Keeps our hot tub clean and fancy!
