Well, that isn't "free shipping," if the price has been jacked up 7-8 bucks to be able to include it is "free shipping." The bags of remnants at Hobby Lobby hit and miss … but still, for less than $20 you get twice as much as what this seller is selling as a 3lbs remnant scrap bag… I'm with you on this one.
